Originally from the UK Sasha overcame many years of Chronic Fatigue’ before writing her first book Joyful Recovery From Chronic Fatigue /ME. Her second book, co written with Karl Dawson, was the international bestseller Matrix Reimprinting Using EFT published by Hay House. Sasha describes how the technique, which advances EFT by incorporating all the latest developments in neuroscience and quantum physics, enabled her to integrate her past and heal herself. After creating two successful self help books Sasha authored ‘Write An Evolutionary Self Help Book’ as a guide for thought leaders to publish their own work. As a ghostwriter Sasha has written a large number of entrepreneurial and self help books on behalf of others. Her fourth book is Catalyst: Speaking, Writing and Leading for Social Evolution.

Sasha founded Equality Hive in 2017, a social impact book specialist working with thought leaders & organisations with a passion for social change.

Sasha is also Co Founder of EVlovesNYC a mutual food aid project set up in the early days of the Covid 19 pandemic. In 2020, the non profit provided hot, healthy and nutritious meals to over 72,000 New Yorkers and continues its operations today, cooking thousands of meals per week for those in need.
